Business Development Director

Required Qualifications: Proven experience in hazardous waste sales is essential. Proficiency in developing sales plans based on market analysis and regional needs. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and expand new customer accounts, as well as maintain existing relationships. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and collections issues. Ability to independently devise sales strategies targeting prospective strategic accounts. Excellent communication skills to effectively report on regional market conditions, competitor activities, and pricing data. Capability to address technical and business objections from potential customers. Familiarity with reviewing and ensuring compliance with customer pricing, contract terms, and technical specifications. Proficient in preparing accurate business transaction reports. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
