Job summary
The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for increasing revenue and establishing new employer contracts for Integrity Urgent Care.This position works closely with Marketing and Operations teams.Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
• Ensure messaging aligns with key business strategies.• Facilitate communication between employers and internal operations.• Brainstorm and collaborate with other departments for growth opportunities.• Plan and execute meetings with targeted employers and referral sources.• Develop strategies for current and new service lines.• Manage company brand and reputation.• Manage special projects.• Cold calling and networking to outside referral sources.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Ability to work independently or in a team without direction.• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.• Ability to handle change and essential tasks.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.• 2-3 years of experience in business development (preferably in healthcare).• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related area preferred.• Sales or business development experience is a plus.
