Job Description:
Host Hotels & Resorts, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a dedicated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a professional with at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and market trends.2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to drive business growth.3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted strategies for business development initiatives.4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.5. Assist in the development of strategic plans and objectives for the business development department.6. Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.7. Coordinate and participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to promote the company's brand.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Ability to travel occasionally for business meetings and events.
