Business Development Associate

Job Description:

BMW is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential new markets- Attend networking events and industry conferences to build relationships with potential clients- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients- Provide ongoing support to clients and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:- Energetic and adaptable personality- Excellent communication and cooperation skills- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework in business development is a plus
