NGL Energy Partners is seeking a driven and confident Business Development Associate to join our team in our Denver, Colorado office. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development or a related field.
Responsibilities:1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, market research, and networking.2. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals.3. Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies to achieve company goals.4. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition of new business opportunities.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven track record in business development or sales.3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.6. Innovation and planning skills.
