Conducts research and analysis on specific issues, projects, and transformation initiatives within the organization, and provides recommendations based on findings. Develops and implements strategies and solutions to address identified issues and opportunities that align with our to organization's vision. Works with the company's leadership team and employees to implement the necessary changes. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, communicates effectively, and influences decision-making. Monitors and evaluates the outcomes of the initiatives involved in, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, and adjusting as necessary. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics required. Seven (7) plus years of related experience. Previous teaching or public speaking experience is preferred. Experience leading and managing in complex business environments. A background in healthcare management consulting is preferred, but not required. PMP or Six Sigma certifications is preferred, but not required. Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Superior communication skills, including strong presentation skills, and the ability to build consensus at all levels. Experience building and communicating through PowerPoint to varying levels of management and leadership is preferred. Ability to synthesize approaches to complex integration/divestiture conflicts. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. Proficient in Microsoft suite, Tableau, PowerBI, Miro, and/or other analytical and collaborative technologies. Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. Salary: $130,450 - $169,300
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
