Job summary
The Business and Administrative Support Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the Teaching and Learning Transformation Center, providing comprehensive support to the Assistant Vice President, the TLTC staff, and their administrative and business operations.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks, project coordination, and office operations• Collaborate with senior staff, business managers, and other coordinators on campus• Handle financial duties, project management, travel coordination, and logistics
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree• Minimum of three years of full-time experience supporting a multi-person work environment• Excellent administrative writing and verbal skills• Demonstrated experience with basic applications and software required to perform the work• Demonstrated experience with providing outstanding, prompt customer service• Experience with event management, consultation services, and/or customer support• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Key Skills Needed
