Business Analyst

Utility Supply & Construction Co (USC) is looking to hire a full-time Business Analyst to join our growing team.
Essential Job Functions: Learn and understand the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) distribution ERP software Assist users with issues in the P21 system using an internal help desk system Perform P21 Inventory imports Support EDI processing for current and new customers Provide end-user training on the P21 system Assist in implementation, testing, and validating of data of USC systems Identify and escalate data issues where process improvements may be required Represent Utility Supply and Construction at meetings and conferences Requirements: Epicor (or similar ERP system) implementation and support experience preferred, however will train the right candidate. Proficient with implementing Epicor (or similar ERP system) queries, data management, business process management, dashboards, and reports Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective supply chain knowledge Good communication skills with the ability to adapt to all styles of communication Passion for process improvement and ever improving teamwork High regard for organization with a focus on productivity and efficiency Able to work in a flexible agenda to anticipate and meet the needs of others Demonstrates a continuous passion for learning with reading, research, and networking Benefits Include: Competitive Wages Excellent Health Insurance Package Paid Time Off: Generous PTO policy, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays 401K Contributions Job Posted by ApplicantPro
