BA with some ERP Background in one of these - Odoo, NAV, NetSuite, Acumatica or SAP
Requirements :
5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
Experience facilitating sessions with IT and Business SMEs/Leads to review and document key business processes for review/development of quick tips/standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various ERP systems (NAV, Odoo, etc.)
Ability to gather requirements, develop necessary documentation, and deliver.
Expertise in assist with

developing/documenting

project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology.
Responsibilities :
We have some initial documentation, but it will need to be reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
Once documentation is complete, resource will work with PM and IT to develop solutions for providing dynamic access to the documentation so users can be self-sufficient with document retrieval.
Resource will be paired with PM to drive

documentation/testing/implementation

for key projects
Resource will assist with

developing/documenting

project methodology policy/procedure documentation as well as methodology
