Responsibilities
• Conducts analysis on processes and data sets for cost allocation and time study clients.• Prepares and presents parts of written status reports for clients; maintains notes and project documentation in professional manner.• Develops competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements.• Assists with project phases or tasks as directed by project manager and other senior members of project team.• Participates on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions.• Assists with research, drafting, and editing of written reports, major deliverables, and other materials for clients.• Collects, reviews, and enters project related data.• Supports customer service functions for clients, including phone lines and email inboxes.• Learns use and operation of proprietary PCG software products.• Other support responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting or other business relevant field.• Strong interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time management, problem-solving, and written communication skills.• A detail-oriented problem-solving approach to business and technical issues.• Flexibility and willingness to embrace change.• Self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.• Enthusiasm for life-long learning and staying well-informed about current industry issues.• A commitment to deliver exceptional client service.• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to learn new software systems and analyze policy and legislation.• Ability to work both in a team situation and autonomously.• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
