Developed communication, facilitation and diplomacy skills are critical for this role, as is an unwavering attention to detail.Specific ResponsibilitiesCoordinates the execution of specific controls created to ensure ongoing data quality of CEAM enterprise-level taxonomiesCoordinates change management activities accompanying control executionPrepares materials and provides recurring updates to relevant committees, forums, and workgroupsSupports ongoing, continuous change control improvement efforts, including and especially identifying risks within operational proceduresPartners with colleagues and stakeholders in the execution of CEAM and Business Simplification objectivesChampions Business Simplification; acts as educator and envoy of the Citi Enterprise Architecture MethodologyActively mitigate delivery risks and resolve critical issues and execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneouslyMediate stakeholder conflicts and overcome organizational roadblocks.
