Responsibilities
• Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers• Breaks down freight and places product in inventory• Oversees the coffee area and maintains various machines• Performs customer service duties and engages in suggestive selling• Maintains cleanliness of work area and selling floor• Performs duties with honesty and integrity• Performs other assigned or needed duties
Requirements
• Consistently provide friendly, courteous service• Work varied shifts between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Communicate effectively with customers• Conduct visual inspections and read/follow guides, recipes, and labels• Physically capable of lifting, stacking, and maneuvering objects• Perform safe movements and operate related equipment• Perform basic math and exhibit manual dexterity• Exhibit interpersonal skills through oral and written communication• Work with potential hazards and handle cleaning chemicals• Must be 16 years of age or older• Food Handlers Certification required
