Purpose of Job:  Fully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with all customers, provides training, as needed, for new hires, and maintains PBV merchandising standards.
Job Duties: Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail negotiating. Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space. Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks. Creates and utilizes point of sale signage. Executes all CDA elements. Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager. Follows company rules and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
