Job summary
This position provides oversight of expenditures and budget projectionsIt is responsible for assisting with the annual budget request and operating budget submissionsThe role also involves assisting with performance measure reporting

Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of the annual appropriation request and operating budget• Review budget projections on a monthly basis• Review and prepare budget adjustment requests• Collect performance measure statistics and quarterly reporting• Provide oversight of expenditures and revenue analysis
Requirements
• Associate's degree in Economics, Statistics or Business Administration• 2 years of experience in database manipulation, statistical analysis, or spreadsheet and/or statistical software usage• Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License• Subject to a pre-employment background investigation
