Responsibilities
• Accurately work with DPR's/Work Instructions• Make program offsets as needed• Process pre-programmed setups• Work with Mill, Broach, and Deburr machines• Load pieces into machines• Inspect parts and document non-conformance• Change tooling as needed• Shovel/rake chips from machine beds• Support ISO procedures and Lean Manufacturing• Perform organizing and cleaning duties
Requirements
• Ability to work any shift• High School Diploma/GED
Key Skills Needed
• Prior experience in the set-up and operation of Mills/broaches/Drills• Ability to read blueprints and shop orders• Ability to use precision measuring instruments
