Standard Wellness is adding to the team in Missouri! We are looking for Brand Ambassadors to cover the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.Position Summary:The Brand Ambassador will work in partnership with the sales team to promote and raise awareness for the Standard Wellness brand in a positive and professional manner at dispensaries or other events within the cannabis industry. The position will require visiting locations where Standard Wellness product is sold and conduct product knowledge clinics and host patient education days. The brand ambassador will develop strong relationships with dispensary staff.Essential Job Functions:Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers by providing information on product use and benefits, recommending products based on customer needs, and offering ongoing supportManage and coordinate events at retail locations or other promotional eventsConduct product knowledge clinics for patients and dispensary staffSet up and arrange in store displays to attract attentionTransport, assemble, and dissemble materials used in presentationsTrain dispensary staff on Standard Wellness products to ensure proper consumption and dosingWork with dispensaries to improve product exposure and shelf positioningImplement quarterly meetings with each dispensary to update all packaging, push for better product placement, and expand our in-store branding footprintRepresent SW at Missouri industry eventsCollaborate with the marketing and graphics team on in-store displays, promotional materials, and branded items for dispensary promosUnderstand all products, marketing materials, and educational materials and be able to effectively communicate these things to bud tenders and patients alikeReport back to sales and marketing teams regarding feedback from patients and dispensary staff on products and/or materialsDistribute promotional literature to customersComply with all state sales & marketing regulationsMaintain professional knowledge of all Standard Wellness brands and product offeringsOther duties as assigned by your supervisorQualifications:Required:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have high school diploma or equivalentMust have a valid drivers' license and clean driving recordMust have reliable transportationMust be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the Department of Health and Senior ServicesMinimum 2 years' promotional experienceMust have a comprehensive understanding of, or experience working in the cannabis industryMust have flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, Weekend Availability)Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanorMust be confident and outgoing with excellent presentation and communication skillsMust be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without an accommodationMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:This section outlines the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the Brand Ambassador to be successful in their role.
