Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners
We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and eager individuals who want to learn new skills or start a career with unlimited opportunities on a part-time basis. This challenging and fun job takes place at different retail locations throughout your area. You will meet with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Represent the company at local retail locations
-Actively engage with the public to identify home improvement needs
-Answer general questions and stimulate interest in our products
-Gather information for appointment setting purposes
Qualifications:
-Reliable Transportation (Required)
-Must have a smartphone to use for text, email, photographs, and frequent communication/check in with manager
-Must be capable of being on your feet for 4-6 hours
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasions
-Outgoing Personality/ Ability to drive a conversation
-Sales, marketing experience beneficial, but not required
-Must be 18 years or older
-Must have a valid Drivers License
Compensation and Benefits:
-$18/hr. plus uncapped weekly bonus!
-Travel Compensation
-Flexible part-time schedule
