The Journey: Embark on a 90-day training program with a competitive hourly rate of $30, followed by a performance-driven compensation plan where your earnings can range from $60,000 to $125,000.
Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome, present, and motivate potential clients to attend sales presentations, consistently upholding company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assess and qualify prospective clients according to our established guidelines.
- We dedicate ourselves to ongoing training, participate in department meetings, stay well-versed in marketing materials, and consistently meet weekly, monthly, and annual performance targets.

- High-performing individuals have the opportunity to interview for leadership positions as early as 6 months into their journey through our comprehensive leadership training program.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: - While we value 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, it's not a strict requirement.

- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
