Participate in the development of annual operating plan in direct alignment with Company goals. Assist in development and preparation of annual budget, KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance and recommend adjustments. Confer with General Manager and respond to customer or vendor questions or complaints to resolve issues regarding sale and/or distribution services. Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies (loading, unloading, slotting, accuracy, performance, etc.). Participate in the development and implementation of service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expense. Hire, coach and manage disciplinary actions with Operations staff. Responsible for data integrity of inventory, quantity, location and value. Participate in monthly sales meetings with Sales Manager Meet and build relationships with manufacturer representatives who visit the branch on a regular basis. Maintain and cultivate relationships with customers who are not assigned to an outside sales rep (House Accounts). Work alongside the warehouse manager who oversees delivery trucks, forklifts while overseeing warehouse equipment. You have:
