Responsibilities
• Build a client base of high net worth households• Manage client investment needs and stay current with regulatory requirements and financial markets• Direct the sales force and provide resources to drive sales• Seeks opportunities to grow business and drive sales• Build an effective team in the branch• Lead the branch and achieve objectives• Responsible for the branch's sales performance and financial performance• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal practices• Communicate performance and issues to superiors• Hire and train new staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience• At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or comparable branch management experience• Active Series 7, 8 (or 9 and 10), 66 (or 63 and 65) and 3 registrations• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to think critically• Ability to manage a team• Strong attention to detail• Ability to interact with senior management and clients• Organizational and prioritization skills
