A High School Diploma, coupled with additional college education or business training, is preferred to equip you for the dynamic banking environment. Your 4+ years of progressive banking experience will be a valuable asset as you navigate the responsibilities of this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
High School Diploma with additional college education or business training preferred. 4+ years of progressive banking experience is highly desirable. Formal or informal leadership/management of a team. Analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving ability. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Proficient math and computer skills such as with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to look at market segment and develop creative ideas and programs to develop available business.
