Job Title: Branch Coordinator Location : Pacific, WA
Pay : $30 - $35
Schedule : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 5 pm) Overview
Adecco is seeking a Branch Coordinator to join our team at our Pacific, WA location. The Branch Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, efficient coordination, and exceptional customer service within the branch. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to branch management and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and files related to branch activities, including customer orders, inventory, and personnel records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Send quotes to the sales team and process purchase orders.
Report to the operations manager on branch activities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to schedule appointments, deliveries, and installations according to customer needs.
Talk to customers over the phone and in person to provide assistance and support.
Work with sales representatives to meet company goals and enhance customer relationships.
Monitor inventory levels, input orders accurately, conduct audits, and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
Requirements: Minimum of Associate's Degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and logistics processes.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
