Bookkeeper JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a bookkeeper to manage daily fiscal operations. A qualified candidate must exhibit strong communication skills, have technical proficiency, be able to problem solve and have the ability to develop efficiencies in their work while adhering to approved processes. The candidate should be able to continuously prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3+ years bookkeeping experience. Experience with QuickBooks and Quicken Experience with MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, OneDrive Solid understanding of accounting principles Ability to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain productivity and accuracy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and maintain records for accounts receivable Process and maintain records for accounts payable Payroll and expense management Manage general ledger Post payments Prepare financial statements and reports Communicate with vendors, banks and attorneys as needed Communicate with accountant regularly to maintain tax documents and ensure compliance Assist with record keeping for assets including tracking depreciation Other bookkeeping duties as assigned Excellent compensation and competitive benefits. Salary based on experience.
Salary Range: $50-55k
