Responsibilities
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic equipment, and trim from vehicle body• Fill depressions with body filler• Remove damaged fenders, panels, doors, etc.• Bolt or weld replacement parts in position• Straighten bent automobile frames• File, grind, sand and prime repair surfaces• Repair or replace defective mechanical parts
Requirements
• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process efficiently• I-CAR Certification in body repair preferred• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data• Aluminum repair certifications a plus• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
