We are currently seeking a talented Body and Paint Process Engineer for one of our valued clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating all upcoming models, leading launch and integration activities, and facilitating changes for new models into series operations in body shop lines. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and support the Process Engineering department. Key Responsibilities Lead integration activities for upcoming models. Manage launch activities and facilitate changes for new models in body shop lines. Provide support to the Process Engineering department to ensure seamless integration. Skills Required Proficiency in Body Shop Technology. Experience with Stud Welding, Spot Welding, sealing/gluing, Mig welding, Impact jointing, and riveting. Familiarity with Vision systems. Launch and New Model SOP Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Body Shop. Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing. Minimum 2 years of experience in a paint shop or similar environment. Experience in project coordination. Contract Details Contract role until January 31, 2026, with the possibility for extension. Shift: Day shift (7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.) with occasional weekend and overtime requirements. Benefits Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off. Overtime pay after 40 hours/ Double-time pay Sundays and Holidays worked. Health benefits and 401K. Monthly Cell Phone Allowance.
