Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, training staff, collaborating with families and caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of effective, person-centered services.Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention programs for clients.Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress, modify interventions as needed, and make data-driven decisions.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in professional development activities.Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency in data collection and analysis using ABA methodologies and tools.Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to ABA services.How to Apply: If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and meet the qualifications for this position, we invite you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter to All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.GPAC (Growing People and Companies) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990.
