Job Overview:
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our ABA program. We are seeking dedicated and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to operate in a hybrid setting, blending remote and on-site work. Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans to be implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers.
Foster effective communication among team members, medical professionals, educators, and other stakeholders involved in the client's care.
Collaborate with fellow behavioral professionals to ensure optimal outcomes and consistency in care.
Facilitate discussions with community partners to promote awareness of ABA treatment effectiveness and benefits.
Maintain required certifications and fulfill continuing education requirements.
Meet and exceed productivity goals to extend the reach of our behavioral programs within the community.

Requirements:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through the State of Michigan.
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, although exceptional candidates without prior experience will be considered.
