• Develop and foster relationships with clients• Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate vehicle options• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits virtually and in person• Assist with vehicle selection and configuration• Negotiate pricing, financing, and accessories• Provide exceptional delivery experience and educate clients on features• Follow up with clients using CRM system• Set and meet personal goals• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge• Carry out ongoing training
