Biopharma Automation Technician Ii

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing biopharmaceutical company in the Durham area who is hiring an Automation Technician II. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities: Automation Technician will set up, shut down, operate, and adjust automation linesTechnician will diagnose and perform moderate maintenance of equipment and linesTechnician will complete batch related documentation in accordance with GDPsTechnician will monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize equipment downtimeTechnician will assist with the completion of non conformances, deviations, and CAPARequirements: Candidates must have a strong knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs, experience in an ISO 13485 environment a plusCandidates must be proficient reading blueprints, schematic drawings, etcCandidates must be able to perform math and measurements to perform maintenance on equipmentCandidates must have process start up and shut down experienceCandidates must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systemsCandidates must have 3+ years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment OR a Bachelors degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceCandidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or meet the requirements for medical or religious exemption
