Description SAIC is seeking a Biometrics Operations Specialist in Arlington, VA to provide technical and programmatic assistance with maintaining technology-focused initiatives. This opportunity will be supporting the United States Marshals Services' unique mission needs. The candidate will provide support for the organization, implementation, documentation, and integration of multi-faceted teams to provide a newly designed enterprise environment.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate biometric activities between government, contractors, and vendor. Develop new workflows for biometric technologies. Provide biometric solution development such as biometric system and infrastructure deployment support. Conduct training to operational staff on use of biometrics technologies, specifically intake and processing of fingerprint, iris, and face modalities. Participate in the USMS Biometrics Working Group for agency-wide interaction and support. Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and at least two years of work experience in a project-based field or environment. At least two years of hands-on experience using NEC biometrics technologies. Knowledge of biometric analytical tools and skills. Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong customer and external relationships. Clearance Requirements:
US Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance and DOJ Public Trust prior to starting. Active DoD clearance strongly desired.
