Biocompatibility PM is expected to have a good understanding of consumer electronics, and analytical testing, demonstrated experience in program management, and has worked in a collaborative cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include engaging with cross-functional partners and suppliers to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process, clear communication with peers and SMEs, and helping build processes and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Good understanding of analytical testing methods (HPLC, ICPMS, LC/MS, GS/MS) and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review.
Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive the selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout the product development process.
Clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently.
Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment.
Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building work flows, processes, and SOP's.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS or MS in Chemistry, Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related field.
2+ years of project management in a corporate setting.
Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and the ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively.
Basic understanding of analytical testing methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the consumer electronics industry.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
