The Bindery Operator will have knowledge of Quality, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for bindery equipment.Bindery Operator / Position Summary:Have prior experience working in a printshop binderyAbility to lift 50 lbs.Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for bindery equipmentAbility to operate and maintain all bindery equipment in the department which includes shrink wrapper, hole punchers, coil machines, booklet maker, score machine, laminators, round corner machine, padding machine, folder, business card cutter and paper cutter.Arrive to work ON TIMEAbility to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiativeAbility to read and follow print ticket instructionsStrong organizational, time management and multi-tasking/priority setting skillsExcellent communication skillsReliability due to business-critical operationsHard-WorkingQuick LearnerWilling to do what is necessary to get the job done accurately and on timeQuality ConsciousTeam PlayerConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
