SUMMARY:

If you are a highly motivated and positive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment this could be the right career move for you. In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the invoicing of work orders and submitting them to the builders. You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
Verifying and entering the installer's pay on work orders
Allocating costs to jobs based on builder and salesman guidelines
Data entry and preparing invoices and submitting the to builders (daily quota 75+daily)
Researching work orders
Communicating effectively with internal departments by phone, email and in person
Adhere to confidentiality regulations
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent numeric perception
Strong organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Highschool

Diploma/GED/College

required
Previous typing and data entry experience preferred
Experience with QuickBooks or similar program a plus
