Our family owned and operated company is seeking a Contract Billing Clerk to join our team at our Prairieville location.
Th  Billing Clerk  position is responsible for maintaining the documents, billing and balancing of all projects until completion.
Job Responsibilities Post daily credit card deposits using specialized industry software Audit projects to include processing billing and invoices Review and revise contracts Scan and file electronic copies of delivery tickets, packing slips, etc Collaborate with Project Managers for project updates Electronic filing, release lien waivers, and complete special projects as needed Set up new projects into the computer system Back up for Accounts Receivable and Contract Controller, when necessary.
