Job Purpose The ideal candidate would be responsible for general improvement in the billing process and facilitating timely and accurate invoicing to our customers. The position may also support other administrative duties as needed.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Partner with Office Accounting Manager, Branch Manager and Regional management to manage, track, and improve key performance indicators within the Area. Investigate and understand root causes to low performing KPI's as well as make recommendations for improvement. Coordinate directly with billing shareholders on specific billing and collections issues including, but not limited to billing and collection arrangements, billing guidelines, customer specific billing requirements, and collection issues. Review contract terms and conditions for accuracy and to ensure that they align with company standards. Review new job set ups for accuracy. Review existing job activity and monitor when jobs are complete. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Office Accounting Manager. Travel as needed to support the need of the Areas. DESCRIPTION OF NONESSENTIAL DUTIES: Answer customer and potential customer telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner, referring calls to sales personnel and or branch management, as required. Provide information to callers or take messages, as required. Review and forward incoming faxes to appropriate personnel in a timely fashion. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
3-5 years of billing and collection experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably rental desirable. Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite-Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience in Pay Applications, Customer Portals (Ariba, Concur, SAP, etc.). OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to create excellent working relationships with senior management Ability to effectively work within a matrix organization Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal communication skills. Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. It is desirable for the incumbent to have attained additional business-related education.
