Role Overview
WeLink is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Technical Solutions Representative to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will provide prompt and effective technical support to our valued customers, primarily focusing on resolving issues related to their internet service. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to determine the root causes of their technical issues. Use patience, empathy, and professionalism to deliver effective solutions. Respond quickly to customer inquiries and concerns, aiming for rapid resolution. Troubleshoot technical problems to minimize service interruptions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in managing phone and email interactions.
At least 1 year of experience in technical support roles.
Minimum of 1 year experience in remote troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Preferred certifications include COMPTIA, A+.
Required in-office attendance up to 2 times per week at our Lehi, UT headquarters.
Work schedule: graveyard Mon. - Fri 11pm to 8am
Must be available for holiday shifts and initial on-site training for the first 2-3 weeks.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish required.
Salary range: $20-$22/hr.
