Our client is looking for a Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in an organization that makes an impact on local communities.
This is a remote position, but candidate must be based in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Montana, or Wisconsin. Working hours will vary Monday through Sunday between 8am-8pm. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist Research and resolve inquiries related to health insurance eligibility.
Respond to current members with provider requests.
Collaborate with team members to provide additional external resources.
Document activities within a ticketing system.
Keep up to date knowledge on state and federal industry regulations.
Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Specialist Qualifications 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare environment.
Experience within a call center highly preferred.
Proficient with MS Office skills and navigating multiple electronic files simultaneously.
Accurate typing skills (minimum 35 words a minute).
Bilingual Spanish and English required.
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a focus on customer service.
Maintain deadlines and strong problem solving skills.
Salary: $15.60-$23.50/hr. (DOE) Benefits
