Responsibilities
• Meet with buyers and sellers and assist in the entire process of buying and selling homes• Manage all aspects of the transaction process• Apply lead follow-up systems to grow the sales pipeline• Prospect for new leads to promote new business• Provide world-class customer service to clients• Host team open houses monthly• Manage work-flow, calendar, and time-block efficiently• Participate in University Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings
Requirements
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent• Bilingual• Full-time availability• Technology-driven• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Organized and the ability to manage time effectively• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills• Can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities
