The Bilingual Operation Coordinator partners with branch personnel and the client's management team to support both our client and branch operations. In this role, you will oversee and coach our contract workers at the respective client site, providing exceptional customer service while promoting a positive work environment. You will also assist at the branch location to maximize recruiting efficiency and daily operations. The BilingualOperation Coordinator must have a flexible schedule as start times can vary depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities: Maintain daily communication and relationships with the team, as well as the respective client(s). Assists with the Company and/or client's new hire onboarding process by ensuring new hires have completed all their new hire paperwork before starting and sending out information regarding their first day. Provide on-the-job training, orientation, and safety training to new contract workers at the client site(s). Conduct daily site walk-throughs for safety checks. Oversee 100+ contract workers to ensure required procedures are being followed and employee concerns are addressed promptly. Assist with client's payroll functions including submitting timecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewing payroll reports. Prepare and deliver daily reports for respective clients, reports include rosters, attendance, and safety reporting. Place and update job postings through various channels including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners. Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants and closely qualified candidates. Create job order forms, maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed. Arrange pre-employment testing, and background & reference screenings when required. Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events. Perform other duties as needed and assigned. Qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Required. Prior On-Site, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus. Ability to be flexible and function well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Reliable transportation needed for required travel.
