Responsibilities Utilize applicant software programs to manage candidate information Post and manage job ads to attract potential candidates Screen applicants to ensure they meet job requirements Conduct cold calling to source potential candidates Communicate effectively with candidates and team members Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills Previous recruiting experience is a plus Proficiency in using computers and text messaging Compensation The pay for this position will be based on experience and skill level, ranging from $16 to $20 per hour .
