Our state-of-the-art Dairy located in La Crosse, WI processes milk and produces the fruit juice and bottled water for approximately 800 retail stores. Our facility includes three blow mold machines, which makes the gallons and half gallons for our products.
Join our Dairy team as a Beverage Production Coworker . This full-time coworker is responsible for:
Cleaning and sanitizing the beverage plant after production
Operating beverage filler
Hand stacking beverage product
Operate various forklifts throughout shift
Blend beverage products to recipe
Work schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday off working 11:00am to 9:00pm (schedule is subject to change based on department needs) Qualifications: Accurate/detail oriented
Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards
Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks
Read/understand/interpret numbers
Work in fast paced environment
Work well alone/as part of team
Work in a safety conscious environment
Work in a noisy environment; work in temperatures of 65-105 degrees F
Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 45 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally.
Benefits: Starting rate of pay: $19.75 per hour Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers 2 Weeks Vacation within 1st year of employment
