Responsibilities
• Ensure customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with policies and regulations• Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant, room service, and bar• Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach, counsel associates• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with regulations• Forecast, monitor, control, and report on outlet budgets• Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems• Create and implement promotions and ideas to capture more guests• Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment• Comply with attendance rules and perform assigned duties• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum two years of post high school education• Two+ years of full employment in a related position• Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures• Supervision, management, and communication skills• Ability to investigate, analyze, and make logical conclusions• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, and long-range planning• Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff• Written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work effectively under time constraints• Flexible communication style
