Summary
We're seeking a Benefits Manager for North America to join our team. As the Benefits Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership to craft and execute a robust benefits program that reflects our company's objectives, principles, and overarching compensation approach. Your responsibilities will encompass strategizing, executing, and overseeing all facets of our benefits portfolio, to ensure that our employee benefits remain both competitive and appealing while complying with laws and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities
Collaboration with HRIS, Total Rewards, Compensation, Senior Leadership as well as Manufacturing to define the overall benefits strategy. Research and analyze industry trends and benchmark data to ensure our benefits program remains competitive and compliant.
Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health, wellness, retirement, and other related programs. Manage relationships with benefit vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels. Develop and implement processes for benefits enrollment, communication, and education.
Customize benefit plans that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefit plans. Ensure that benefit offerings comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits programs. Prepare and submit required reports, including annual compliance testing and government filings.
Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits. Conduct regular benefits orientations and workshops to address employee inquiries and concerns.
Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
Manage the budget for the benefits function, ensuring cost-effective benefit offerings. Monitor and analyze benefit costs and adjust as necessary.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Actuarial Science, Business, or related field is required.
Masters Degree, PHR, or SHRM-CP preferred.
5+ years of experience focused on Benefits Management with a strong knowledge of Benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience Developing and Managing Vendors is essential.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
