This position will lead our solution segments targeting large enterprise accounts seeking bespoke products and services on a B2B and B2B2C bases, This role will build strong partnerships to sell assistance services for banks, insurance agencies, retailers, utility providers, financial service firms, specialized service providers, among others affinity programs.
Dimension of the Role
Benefit Consultant Vertical Business Development Director will be a seasoned sales hunter who will identify both internally and externally large enterprise accounts who will have needs to distribute products to their consumers within the Benefit Consultant Sector.
This experienced sales leader will be responsible for achieving our sales targets by sourcing new distribution partners and working closely with our existing partners; seeking partnerships with companies that fit our strategic vision.
Benefit Consultant Vertical Business Development Director will report to the CEO IGS USA and be a significant member of the management team as well as a critical person in the future growth, direction, and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Create networking opportunities at Benefit Consultant Sector the and targeted visibility to drive prospecting aligned with IGS USA strategic focus.
Drive business development through external visibility and lobbying, active prospecting of potential partners.
Identify and qualify key business opportunities to ensure business profitability of potential new business as well as alignment with IGS USA commercial segmentation.
Elaborate associated marketing and distribution strategies to transform prospects into new business.
Respond to requests for commercial proposals and steer the negotiation and conclusion of trade proposals.
Fully meet and/or exceed key sales targets: Annual revenue goals, contract conversion, sales process milestones, product/channel penetration
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bring a large/strong network of potential clients within the Benefit Consultant sector that they could add straight to the pipeline.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Benefit Consultant space
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation skills)
Persuasive, persistent, personable team player with an ambition to excel and maximize opportunities
Self-motivated, structured, driven to independently prospect, pursue and produce new business
Comfort working in a fast paced & start-up environment
Business education degree preferred.
Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
