Responsibilities
• Provide consultation, therapy, and evaluation services for families• Focus on anxiety, mood, and related conditions in children and adolescents• Precept trainees and participate in program development and research• Work towards health equity and reducing health disparities
Requirements
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family program• Independent licensure or license eligible in Delaware• 3-5 years of experience working with children and adolescents• Experience and training in CBT, exposure-based and behavioral interventions, and DBT
Key Skills Needed
• Training and experience in anxiety, mood, and related conditions in children and adolescents• Strong diversity lens and passion for working with youth with risk concerns• Experience in consultation, therapy, and psychological evaluation• Experience and training in CBT, exposure-based and behavioral interventions, and DBT• Spanish language skills desired
