Responsibilities
• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and meet company and legal requirements• Maintain a clean and organized salon• Handle cash and open/close business• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Must be at least 18 years old• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proven experience in a retail/customer service environment• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day)• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
