Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service• Build guest loyalty through promoting and educating guests on credit and loyalty programs• Execute store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions• Understand and use company standard software, systems, and procedures• Engage in teamwork to accomplish goals• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Customer Service Experience Preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and with a team• Helpful attitude toward guests and other team members• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes• Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Must possess reliable transportation
