• Develop, coach, train, and retain talent• Champion credit and loyalty programs• Execute and lead store merchandising direction and standards• Utilize business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable• Understand and use company standard software, systems, and procedures• Inspire and motivate a team to deliver results• Create a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred• Effective interpersonal and communication skills• Strong problem-solving skills• Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software• Ability to work varying hours and schedules, including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays• Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 20 pounds• Must have full body rotation and mobility• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
