As the Sales BDC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our dealership's presence in the community and driving sales growth.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Sales Business Development Center (BDC) operations to ensure effective lead management and customer engagement.Recruit, train, and mentor BDC staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads, maximize conversion rates, and increase sales revenue.Monitor BDC performance metrics, including lead response time, appointment setting, and closing ratios, and implement improvements as needed.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to align BDC activities with dealership goals and initiatives.Stay informed about Subaru products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and address inquiries.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions with leads and customers.Qualifications:Previous experience in automotive sales BDC management or similar role required.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Knowledge of Subaru vehicles, features, and brand philosophy preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
