Responsibilities
• Build a book of new business with suppliers & clients – cold calling is essential.• Negotiate the purchase & sale of wooden pallets.• Develop a prospecting plan.• Prepare sales reports for management review.• Monitor market trends to capitalize on purchasing and sales opportunities.• Closely work with Logistics and Operations to ensure orders are executed efficiently.• Provide great customer service.
Requirements
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with ERP/CRM software.• Ability and desire to travel on the road at least 50% of the time.• Acute sense of ownership.• Effective communication & negotiation skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping all parties involved.• Degree in Business or Logistics (an asset).
